Design pROCESS

Clients have the option to choose from our extensive library of pre-designed carpets and rugs or engage in a complete bespoke service tailored to specific preferences. For fitted carpets, the process begins with a comprehensive site visit, where measurements are taken, and the area is assessed to understand its unique characteristics.

STAGE three

bespoke design

Our bespoke service is designed to meet our client's specific needs. We can fully tailor colours, patterns, materials, and dimensions to create a unique floor covering that perfectly fits any space. Our close collaboration with skilled artisans ensures that every custom piece upholds our commitment to exceptional quality and design.

Stage FOUR

Planning

Following the site visit for fitted carpet, the installation team prepares a detailed plan for the fitting. Coordination with clients helps establish an installation date that suits their schedule, ensuring all preparations are completed as required.

Stage FIVE

installation

During the final fitting, our in-house team of fitters manages the installation process, ensuring that all elements are placed according to the agreed specifications. Attention is given to timing and detail, allowing us to complete the installation smoothly.
